$200/ 50-min session

It’s normal to feel unsure; most people do when they’re starting.
Here are some of the things young people and parents often ask before booking.

  • We offer individual therapy sessions and groups to adolescents, teens, and young adults, and workshops for the adults in their lives.

  • Appointments can be booked by clicking this link that takes you to our online calendar.

    Alternatively, you can call us at (03) 7042 9979.

  • Cancellations must be made 24 hours in advance. If a cancellation is made within 24 hours, you will be charged the full fee for your session.
