Complete welcome forms.

 Quick online forms make sure we understand the basics, so your first session can focus on you, not paperwork.

 Meet with your therapist (in person or online) and start exploring your goals, challenges, and what support could look like for you.

Therapy is time, energy, and emotional work, and you deserve to know exactly how it works from day one.

Individual Session Rates

$200/ 50-min session

Contact us for current availability and specific therapist rates.

How it works:

  1. Session fees are due at the end of every session.

  2. Claim reimbursement if applicable:

    MHCP: You’ll receive reimbursement to your nominated account.

    Private Health: You’ll be required to submit for your private health reimbursement.

    We’re always happy to help talk through options before you begin!

Mental Health Care Plan (MHCP):

If you’ve received a MHCP from your GP, you can receive a Medicare rebate for up to 10 sessions with your therapist.

Health Cover Guide:

For most private health cover, you don’t require a MHCP. Be sure to check with your health cover provider if you require a MHCP or GP referral.

Please advise your therapist if you’ll be submitting rebates to your private health cover.
